My culinary journey began with curiosity and a simple dream — to learn, create, and bring happiness through food. After studying at Maldives National University, I began my pastry journey at Coco Bodu Hithi, where I discovered how patience, precision, and passion can turn simple ingredients into something extraordinary.
Over the past 11 years, kitchens across the Maldives and the UAE have shaped my skills, strengthened my character, and introduced me to inspiring people. Today, at Avani+ Fares Maldives, I continue to grow, create, and find a meaningful balance between my profession and personal life.
Eleven years in the kitchen have taught me that true success is not only measured by what we achieve, but also by the opportunities we create for others.
